T&F was born from a shared dream between Chef Alejandra Martin and Alejandro Schroeder—a Latin mother-and-son team dedicated to creating food that feels as good as it tastes.

Chef Alejandra Martin has spent over a decade in the kitchen, building her own meal prep, cooking class, and catering business. Her dream has always been to open a restaurant, and T&F marks the first step in bringing that vision to life.

Alejandro Schroeder, Alejandra’s youngest son, recently graduated high school. With big ambitions, a curious spirit, and a love for creativity, he saw T&F as the perfect place to learn, explore, and help shape something meaningful from the ground up.
